Storage Carts will arrive later this month.

The middle school faculty and administration met during in-service sessions to discuss solutions to problems we have encountered in recent years. One frustration identified by teachers for many years is student cell phone usage. A majority of the teachers voted to pilot a new-to-CHS system for student cell phone storage during the school day. 

Middle School students whose parents decide it is necessary to send their child with a cell phone to school will be required to store their phone in assigned slots in grade-level carts. The student will do so upon entering the middle school building each morning, and they will retrieve them upon leaving the middle school building in the afternoon. Students checking in and out of school will store or retrieve their phone in the middle school office with Mrs. Aucoin or her designee.
