Any information updates to you or your child’s household information are handled through our Registrar’s Office. Please review all addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses to be sure the information we have on file is current. Immunization Updates

Parents of students going to grade 6, 11, and 12 should check with their healthcare provider over the summer break for any updated immunizations needed for those grade levels. Any other grades who may be behind on immunizations should contact their health care provider to get an update on immunizations for your child(ren). Please send any updated immunization records to our registrar Brooksie Hebert. These can be sent via email to brooksie.hebert@chspanthers.com or dropped off at the school office.
