Dear students and parents: Please be prepared to request the Certificate of School Attendance form if you are planning to attend driver’s education over the Easter Break.  We will have a deadline to request this for that timeframe.  April 14th will be the deadline to make your request using our Google Form System. Please be reminded that the student must make the request via the Google Form from their school email account.  If your plans fall during Spring Break please begin making your requests now. 

A deadline prior to school holidays is always posted in the newsletter. 

All other times of the year we require at least a 3 business day notice.
