If you will be attending driver’s education classes and will need to apply for a TIP card to use over the Thanksgiving holiday, you may begin requesting those forms on November 1st. Please check in with your driving instructor to see what you will need to do before you begin driver’s education. The forms will not be available over the Thanksgiving break so please anticipate your needs.

If you need the form at any other time during the school year please remember you must use the google request form on our website under the guidance tab. (THE STUDENT MUST REQUEST FROM THEIR SCHOOL EMAIL)

Please be sure to do this no later than 3 full days before you need the form.
