Please note that administration of medication to students on campus requires that we have proper documentation on file, whether that medication is prescribed or over the counter.  There is both a physician and parent permission slip that must be completed in full and submitted to the school. 

Please note that students in grades 4 and 5 are required to purchase lunch from the cafeteria UNLESS they have a physician’s excuse on file.
