2023-24 Continuous Enrollment Timeline

An email was sent to all parents and guardians regarding tuition and the updated re-enrollment process. The entire admissions process is heading in a direction that will help our current and future parents complete enrollment with ease. We expect continuous re-enrollment to return in 2024. During that registration time, your child will be automatically re-enrolled each year, and packets will no longer be required. All information will simply roll over to the next school year. The admissions office will inform parents when the opt-out period begins each year.

Since the email has sent, we revised our Policies and Agreements regarding tuition and fees. The following statement has been added to the 2023-2024 enrollment contract and the school’s handbook:

  • Senior Student Tuition and Fees: I, the undersigned, agree to pay all tuition and fees associated with my senior student by May 1st. Exams will not be given for any student with an outstanding balance; the student's final grade will be considered incomplete until the balance is paid in full, which withholds the student from graduation. (Senior ONLY)

Please pay close attention to the dates below. 

December 15, 2022

  • Current CHS students’ re-enrollment process for the 2023-2024 school year begins

    • $425 registration fee due upon submission of re-enrollment packet

    • All families are required to do this process

  • Official Opt-Out Period begins for current families

    • Please, email the admissions office at admissions@chspanther.com if you want to officially opt out of the 2023-2024 school year.

January 31, 2023

  • Re-enrollment packet due (student will be presumed opted out of the 2023-2024 school year if not complete)

  • Last day for families to opt out of Continuous Enrollment by email

  • Last day to submit owner and non-owner parish church forms to the tuition office for a Parish Subsidy tuition credit. 

February 1, 2023

  • Enrollment & Acceptance for new students begin

March 31, 2023

  • Deadline to change tuition payment plan for 2023-2024

Schedule requests for the 2022/2023 school year will begin in early February. Any requests for those students who opt out or haven’t completed re-enrollment will not be processed, including honors class placement and elective courses for the next school year.
