State Volleyball Tourney
by Dr. Uhl
Here is the path to the state championship:
Wednesday at 11:45 am
Thursday at 8:30 pm
Friday at 1:30 pm
Saturday at 3:00 pm
All games are at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner.
We will be taking two fan buses tomorrow (Wednesday). As of 3 pm on Tuesday, the buses are filled with high school students.
We will not be taking a fan bus to the game on Thursday night.
If we are lucky enough to make it to Friday, we'll take fan buses IF the game remains at its scheduled day time.
Students who are checking out to attend the games can only leave at the designated time and must bring a note from parents stating their permission AND explaining how they are going to travel to the game.
Please know that these types of events can be trying for Brenda Champagne and the other secretaries. Please be considerate.
Go Lady Panthers!
Curriculum Corner--November 2008
This past spring, Catholic High received SACS/CASI (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools/Council on Accreditation and School Improvement) accreditation renewal. For a school to earn and maintain a five-year term accreditation, it must adhere to the AdvancED Standards for Quality Schools and follow a detailed accreditation process, which involves a commitment to ongoing self-assessment and improvement. Accreditation is not a week or month-long event. It is a continuous process of change and accessing those changes.
