In January, Catholic High School introduced PayNow, RenWeb’s pay-ondemand feature, allowing families to make tuition payments online as desired. Catholic High School will introduce a new service in 2007-2008 called PayEasy, which offers our parents and families the ability to automate the payment of their monthly tuition fees.

While PayNow has a small convenience fee for transactions, PayEasy is FREE to all of our families who sign up by April 15, 2007 for the 2007-2008 school year. In addition, families who sign up for PayEasy by April 15th receive a 1% tuition discount.

To sign up for the service, please complete one of the attached authorization forms, based on whether you wish to pay by bank draft or credit card. If you are using a bank draft, you must attach a voided check for the checking or savings account you wish to use.

Once you have signed up, your bank account or credit card will be charged for the tuition fees owed each month on the 5th of the month beginning in July 2007 and ending in May 2008, less applicable discounts or scholarships. You will receive an email notification 5 days before a payment is scheduled to post. Payment processing will occur automatically and bank settlement normally takes four business days. Should a bank draft be rejected by your bank for any reason, return check charges may apply.

When combined with RenWeb’s PayNow service, PayEasy provides you the ability to make all your payments electronically. This provides definite advantages for you and the school. You save time and your payments are posted automatically to your account. Likewise, the school saves the time and energy required to manually process and record checks received in the mail.
